| Material | I added new photos: gold color protective screen bumper with this band.I fell in love with this band when I first saw it. There are a few others on Amazon and it was tricky decided on which one. The metal is more of a dark gold and doesn’t match the color of my pink iwatch 4 40m but it still flatters my watch and looks great. The color match difference isn’t great or a big deal to me as I was aware of it. This is not real gold metal or tortoise shell so don’t expect it to be comparable unless that’s what you want. I didn’t want to spend a lot on bands for my watch considering how much I just spent on the watch. And to me, I just wanted several band options to keep up with my fashion style and matching. I bought this color and the the white and the white one for now as my first purchase and plan to buy more. So what I got and paid for makes me happy. It does feel light weight and kind of cheap when taking it out of the box but doesn’t feel that way when attached to the watch and on your wrist. And I don’t want to make my watch any heavier. It’s really beautiful and flattering and I get tons of compliments.I had to take off 3 links and using the tool provided was easy. In some of the reviews I read, people broke the tool to remove the links and I think that’s because they didn’t take the time to assess the tool, the links on the band and the arrow on the back of the band pointing in the direction you need to position the tool and the direction the pin needs to be pushed out in. So I suggest you play with the knob of the tool a bit and assess the pins on both sides of the band and look for the arrow on the back to see the direction the pin comes out in. Also place the band in the tool first and tighten it with the band in just enough before it gets tight to ensure the pin of the tool is in the hole where the pin in the link is that you want removed and to get a feel of what works best for you as far as how you position the tool, like laying it down flat on the table or on its side. For me on the side was better as I could see the pin and pin hole much better to prevent the pin tool from damaging the band like scratches or more, if not placed in the pin hole of the link properly. It took me 2 minutes total to remove three links. Instructions aren’t step by step as it’s really not needed but it did point out to look for the arrow on the band and a link to a video that you can watch for instructions which I haven’t seen so I can’t comment on it.Delivery was fast. Packaging good. The plastic protective tape on the band was a little of a pain to remove. But that’s because I was impatient. I’ll definitely be ordering this one again in the other colors.I’m a happy customer! If anything changes, I’ll post an update. |
