The new watch band arrived and the pin wasn’t broken, however, after wearing my watch for an hour while out shopping, the band came unsecured from the watch and it fell off my wrist. This is a beautiful band but not safe to wear with an expensive watch. If the band doesn’t stay securely attached, you risk losing your watch.**** Moonooda customer service refunded my money after all and has said that they will inform their production team of the issues I reported in an effort to prevent it from happening to another consumer. The product was not up to par, but their customer service has been excellent. |
